Peppermint oil can be used to ease muscle pain or deodorize foot odor. Lavender essential oil is one of the most popular essential oils on the market. It has a variety of helpful uses, such as reducing scar tissue, easing headaches and promoting relaxation. Lavender is widely used as a form of aromatherapy in both adults and children. Adults can use it to relax while it can promote sleep for a baby or can calm them down when agitated. Certain essential oils should not be used topically and others should not be ingested. A good idea would be to pick up an essential oil handbook that gives the uses and appropriate applications of each oil. There are many different ones out there and each one alone has many uses. With the proper knowledge and collection of oils, you can begin to heal your body with essential oils in various and natural ways.
